For apps obtained through the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement may apply unless a separate custom license is provided. These Terms supplement, and do not replace, any mandatory marketplace terms.
4. Accounts, Progress, and Virtual Items
Our services may allow game progress, scores, settings, rewards, virtual items, or similar in-app content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, virtual items have no cash value, are not property, and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside the applicable app or game.
We may update, balance, modify, suspend, or remove features, rewards, virtual items, or content where reasonably necessary for service operation, security, compliance, or service improvement.
5. Advertising and Third-Party Services
Our apps and games may include advertising, analytics, or other third-party services such as Google AdMob, Unity, and Vungle. Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, SDKs, advertisements, or services that we do not control.
